Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to shape the future of our brand and client experience, ensuring we communicate the values that make Elevate Home Services unique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively communicate our mission and services and drive high-quality sales leads across various channels.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with potential clients and team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create impactful marketing materials (videos, newsletters, brochures, postcards, etc.) highlighting our commitment to service excellence and team member satisfaction.
• Analyze client insights, market trends, and campaign performance to continually refine and improve our marketing efforts.
• Create detailed analytics reports with critical insights to drive future marketing strategies, ensuring cost-effective lead generation and high conversion rates.
• Engage with local communities and organizations to promote Elevate Home Services through event sponsorships, awards applications, and community involvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of B2C marketing experience, ideally within HVAC or home services industries (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• At least five (5) years of experience in digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Social, Video and GLSA) and outbound marketing (direct mail and email).
• Proven experience managing branding campaigns (Radio, TV, Outdoor).
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Exceptional writing, project management, and budget management skills.
• Experience in creating marketing initiatives that generate leads and reflect the heart of a company that values its clients and team members.
• On-site work is required to collaborate closely with our team in delivering impactful marketing strategies.
