BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Mental Health Technician Prime Pool to join our outstanding and compassionate team. Mental Health Technician Prime Pool Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct Supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and well-being. Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients. Assists with physical care under the direction of a RN. Promotes coordination of the unit by completing orders, making phone calls and directing calls and information to the charge nurse.
