Yonder Behavioral Health is a state-licensed Behavioral Health Services Organizations (BHSO) and Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) facility. In addition to meeting state licensing requirements, Yonder is credentialed with Medicaid and many major private health insurance companies.

Duties

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and self-care techniques

- Document patient information, symptoms, and observations in medical records

- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications

- Valid LPN license in the state of KY

- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar role

- Knowledge of medication administration

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
