<strong>MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES:</strong> <br> <br>Assist Supervisors or Supervisors/ Coordinators in assigning work, ensuring that work is flowing as planned through the production area, and ensuring that materials are available and staged to maximize production.<br> <ul> <li>Help on training to New Hires and to existing associates on new processes, equipment and products where applicable.</li> <li>Assist the coordination of preventative maintenance schedules from Supervisor/ Coordinator</li> <li>Assist area Supervisors/ Coordinators in achieving goals in quality, safety, delivery, and productivity.</li> <li>Provide backup to the Area Supervisors/ Coordinators in aspects of production floor management of area hourly associates.</li> <li>Production scheduling and monitoring</li> <li>Inventory control</li> <li>Operating production equipment when necessary</li> <li>Assist in quality control</li> <li>Enforcement of 6S</li> <li>Enforcement of company rules</li> <li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Hendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Ability to complete routine documents. <br> <br>&bull; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. <br> <br>&bull; Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
