Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

●       Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients.

●       Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions.

●       Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program.

●       Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.

●       Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

●       Master's degree in (LMFT)

●       Active license in Washington (LMFT)

●       3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.

●       Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

●       Excellent oral and written communication skills
