As an experienced insurance sales professional in our agency - your growth is paramount. We pride ourselves on our education and collaboration including daily meetings, sales training, one on one coaching and role play. Although we are remote, our team loves to meet virtually and celebrate each other's victories as well as provide support throughout the day via our team Zoom chats. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PROPERTY CASUALTY LICENSE (in any state) AND CURRENT SALES EXPERIENCE)
A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PROPERTY CASUALTY SALES REQUIRED FOR FULLY REMOTE.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
  • Strong interest in a sales career sales experience required.
  • Must have a valid Property and Casualty license in any state to sell insurance.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
