BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Day of Job Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Day of Job Call Center. You will supervise direct reports, including all DOJ technical activations, repair and dispatch activities that contribute to customer installations. The Day of Job manager is the subject matter of all service activation related activities and works collaboratively with product teams and IT for requirements of new product development or enhancements.
