Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Glendale, AZ. AZ license preferred. Shift Type: 10 hour days, no call, occasional Saturday, they do cases in the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays. Regular Hours: Required. Case Type(s): Ortho, Neuro Blocks: neuraxial and peripheral. Site Charting System: Thrive. Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 10 Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 10:1.
