We're looking for a ERP Business Analyst to join our North America Product & Technology Development team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
Product & Technology Development
Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still - delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.
What you'll own
  • Communicating with business users for Requirement Gathering, provide Issue/Defect resolution, provide updates in weekly/daily calls etc.
  • Preparing the OUM documents for new setup configurations, enhancement requests, defects, conversion activities etc.
  • Perform assigned Setup Configuration, data loads, migration/conversion activities as per the work allocation.
  • Perform BA activities for newly assigned change requests, do thorough analysis and provide timely solution.
  • Providing production support for issues faced by business users during routine business, month close activities, migration/conversion post Go-Live, post Production Go-Live etc.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports and analysis as per the Management requirements.
Where you'll own it:
While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Experience in any of the below tracks/modules;
  • Record To Report: General Ledger, Multicurrency, Secondary Ledger, Intercompany transactions (AGIS), Sub Ledger Accounting, Oracle Web ADI, Smart View and Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
  • Invoice to Cash/Tax: Oracle Fusion Receivables, Fusion Tax, Integration with Vertex/OneSource, Cash Management, Advanced Collections
  • Procure To Pay: Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self Service Procurement and Purchasing), Supplier Portal, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Expenses
  • Acquire to Retire: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Costing (mainly Capital Projects functionality), Fixed Assets
  • Experience in Setup Configurations, Solution Design, Troubleshooting Issues/Defects and handling SR with oracle support in a client facing role.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, OUM documentation, User Manuals, Process Notes and End User Training to business users and internal teams.
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; Post-graduation/MBA in Finance will be preferred.
  • Oracle Certification in any of the Oracle Financial Modules will have added advantage.
