Licensed Clinicians - LPC, LMFT, LCSW

We seek licensed clinicians LPC, LMFT, and LCSW for a full-time position in our Elm Grove, WI location.
Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling .
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 - $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Independent mental health license in WI
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- PT clinicians must work a minimum of 15 clinical hours a week

- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Experience with health psychology
