Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor

We are hiring for a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor for our Brooklyn clinics.

*Must have LCSW licensed in hand to apply.*
* Schedule: In-person 2 days at one clinic, 2 days at another clinic _*(1 day hybrid)*_, open to working some Saturdays
* Salary: *$95,000*
* 1 year of clinical supervision experience required
* Knowledge of Part 599 regulations for NYS OMH licensed Article 31 clinic preferred

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting agencies’ requirements to ensure the continuum of services necessary for each resident in the Program. Assists the Program Director in the administration of residential mental health services within the authority of Executive Management. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the provision of services, assisting with the oversight of administrative processes, and clinical supervision of staff in an OMH Article 31 clinic setting. This clinic provides assistance for people who are facing a wide range of emotional and social problems. Services for adults and children include evaluation and assessment, medication management, crisis intervention, time-effective and ongoing therapy, and more. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals.
