Learning And Development Creative Specialist

We are seeking a Creative Services Specialist focused on Learning and Development to join our team. This role involves developing and enhancing training programs through creative design and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in SharePoint UX and design, Adobe Creative Cloud, data visualization, and media production.<br><br><strong>Job details:</strong><br><br>Work Schedule-Hybrid, reporting into Malvern, PA location-local candidates only<br><br>Hourly pay rate-$50-55/hr DOE<br><br>Contract length-initial 6 months with extension/conversion based on performance<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>SharePoint:</strong><br><ul><li>Maintain and enhance SharePoint pages, focusing on Learning and Development.</li><li>Refresh Finance Division SharePoint, including Onboarding and Grow Your Career sections.</li></ul><br><strong>Learning & Development:</strong><br><ul><li>Update and maintain training programs and the Learning & Development Catalog.</li><li>Create learning materials such as slide decks, job aids, and communications.</li><li>Support the rollout of Finance 2030 Vision and EVP through engaging content.</li></ul><br><strong>Presentations & Branding:</strong><br><ul><li>Design executive-level communications and presentations.</li><li>Provide UX support for the FDS Scorecard.</li><li>Develop materials for training events and workshops.</li></ul><br><strong>Video Production:</strong><br><ul><li>Produce and edit video content for training initiatives.</li><li>Migrate training videos to Microsoft Stream, ensuring compliance with standards.</li></ul><br><strong>Dashboards UX & Design:</strong><br><ul><li>Develop dashboards to track training effectiveness and employee progress.</li><li>Use data visualization to present training insights.</li></ul><br><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong><br><br><strong>Required:</strong><br><ul><li>Strong portfolio or demo reel.</li><li>Proficiency in SharePoint UX and design.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Audition, After Effects).</li><li>Strong data visualization skills.</li></ul><br><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong><br><ul><li>PowerBI</li><li>PowerApps (coding required)</li></ul><br><strong>Transferable Skills:</strong><br><ul><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Design thinking and attention to detail.</li><li>Media production experience.</li><li>Project management skills.</li></ul><br>Transform draft materials into concise, meaningful visuals and media to enhance training programs.
