- Master's Degree- Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Ohio Speech and Language Therapist license
- Valid Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board license

- Provide diagnostic assessments and evaluation reports
- Participate as a team member and contribute to ETR
- Development, writing and implementation of IEP goals and objectives
- Maintain and record billing intervals for Medicaid School Program (MSP)
- Conduct speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices and student-appropriate service delivery models
- Cooperate with classroom teachers and building principals in establishment of speech and hearing classes and class schedules
- Maintain individual student records and progress monitoring
