Reporting to the Director of Communications & Government Relations, this is an exciting time to join DDI. You will be joining a small but growing team that is shaping a sound MarTech stack and preparing for the design and development of a new WordPress website. That is why we need you to be a hands-on Marketing Communications professional with demonstrated experience crafting compelling campaigns and amplifying that content across digital channels. You are resourceful and results-driven. Analytics speak to you, showing you where the big opportunities lie. You pride yourself on having high quality standards and continuous improvement has to be a given in everything you do. Being both technical and creative, you extract actionable insights from data trends and metrics to increase stakeholder engagement. You will be doing important work here at DDI. As one of the largest providers of care to children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities, you will be making a difference in the lives of people receiving supports as well as their families.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000/year
Responsibilities

  • Write, photograph, and/or film elements of compelling digital marketing campaigns in line with agency mission and objectives.
  • Bring messaging and stories to life across multiple mediums including employee portal, website pages, internal and external email marketing, social media and more.
  • Implement high performing digital marketing strategies as measured by key performance indicators.
  • Apply brand, vision, and values across digital platforms consistently.
  • Contribute to the design, optimization, launch and maintenance of the organization's website.
  • Manage Google Ad Grant for AdWords advertising of $10K/month.
  • Manage email subscriber list, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Basic graphic design, video and photography as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • 4 years' professional work experience.
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Highly skilled writer and storyteller.
  • Ability to produce and edit graphics, photos, video, gifs, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WordPress, web design, user experience, SEO, search engine marketing, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Hubspot or Marketo CRM marketing automation preferred or a plus
  • Highly proficient in social media marketing and engagement.
  • Solid team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
