Key Responsibilities:
- Lead rapid development and demonstration of fixed wing unmanned aircraft systems
- Develop, maintain, and communicate system behaviors and configurations
- Convert customer requirements into comprehensive solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Conduct system analyses to reduce risks and troubleshoot issues
- Present status and analyses to internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain technical documentation package including designs and test plans
- Participate in failure investigations and reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with fixed wing UAS system development and design
- US government issued Security Clearance required
