We offer a competitive wage at $20.50/hr along with a shift premium of $2.00/hr for our off shifts.

Skills/Requirements
In this position you will:
Set up and use a variety of painting equipment to paint within the required specifications that meet Kohler Energy standards and the standards of the customer in order to complete the task.
Use multiple tools to stage and prep the material for wash that meet general requirements
Wash tanks using a spray gun to remove debris
Moving material through the facility using a forklift
Daily preparation of area (cleaning and maintaining spray gun, maintaining paint area, daily PMs, etc.)
Basic Trouble shooting of spray gun
Carry out all required safety functions.
Measure, understand, act on and report quality and operations information.
Skills/Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of painting experience preferred
Work in other areas as needed
Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment
Ability to effective communication between shifts and to the supervisor
Successful completion of drug screen and background check
Must be able to drive forklift and operate overhead cranes
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be at least 18 years old
