What You Drive at DTNA RESUME REQUIRED General Purpose of the Position: Perform skilled maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and physical structures. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support manufacturing by maintaining facility and equipment Provide general trouble shooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and equipment Perform preventative maintenance activities in support of a Total Productive Maintenance program Maintain and install electrical systems and fixtures Provide day to day coverage of production line equipment; respond to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Perform equipment repairs/rebuilds Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained and repaired Perform facility maintenance that may require basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing Maintain record retention using a CMMS Ensure that all work areas are clean and orderly per 5S standards Knowledge You Should Bring: Knowledge of mechanical and facilities repair/maintenance. Strong skill set in the repair of complex manufacturing machinery Ability to run reports focused on preventative maintenance goals Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently. Ability to utilize hand tools to perform assembly functions (ex. Screw drivers, measuring devices, adjustable end wrench, various crimping devices.
