About you -

The Junior ERP Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining all ERP platform modules, ensuring seamless data flow between production, logistics, accounting, and sales. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in managing ERP systems and a strong understanding of data integration and reporting tools. While experience with Infor products, specifically M3 and Adage, is a plus, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics.


Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP platform modules.

• Ensure accurate data flow between production, logistics, accounting, and sales departments.

• Manage inventory management, production commissions, shipping transactions, and traffic interface.

• Set up, develop, and customize EDI transactions.

• Manage and enhance reporting tools to support business decision-making.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective ERP solutions.

• Stay updated on ERP technologies and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.

• The Jr. ERP developer will have responsibilities over North America and will have to travel periodically to our Mexican facility.

E ducation and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or similar (required).

• Basic knowledge of Infor M3 and Adage (preferred but not required).

• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, SQL, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.

• Ability to travel to our Mexican facility in Apodaca on occasion.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk, sit, stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift objects of up to 10 lbs.

• Hands-on approach with regards to commissioning and troubleshooting Equipment.
