SUMMARY :
The IT Site Manager will report to the Director of TKG IT and is responsible for the overall management, and support of the data/voice infrastructure and end-user computing environments for the defined Kraft Group site. This position is the primary point-of-contact for the administration and support of our end users and operations associated with the physical site and is the conduit of support escalation to the TKG IT teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • IT OPERATIONS
    • Management of service delivery and monitoring software system access including, but not limited to, O365, and designated application sets.
    • Oversee setup of new hire equipment for timely deployment and maintenance of all IT equipment at the location.
    • Ensure that all systems are operating as desired daily.
    • Assist with testing of new applications to ensure build compatibility.
    • Overall control of hardware and software inventory, monitoring rules, and license compliance.
    • Management of data located on end-user devices.
    • Review and follow TKG defined best practices, policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring that standard application sets and permissions are deployed to insure, consistent application experiences and configurations and maintained consistently.
    • Perform network Add/Move/Change requests in a timely manner and maintain strict adherence to documentation policies and procedures associated with change management.
    • Coordinate with IT outage periods and plans to maintain software on desktop and server systems, with the goal of remediating any identified vulnerabilities within 30 days of notice.
    • Support the management team to ensure proper access to the local application sets.
    • Coordinate, facilitate, deliver, and support IT logistics associated with sales teams as they travel.
    • Support, maintain and update mobile tablets and phones with MDM platforms.
    • Provide consultation to users regarding system use, infrastructures, etc.
    • Participate in compliance activities associated with corporate audits.
    • End user Support for all employees and contractors, including remote users in their allotted territories.
    • Escalation of support items to Corporate Team when necessary.
    • Periodic projects include analysis, recommendation and implementation of approved end-user purchased applications.
    • After-hours support required, along with modified work hours related to supporting remote staff.
  • Project Management/Support
    • Manage (plan, monitor and control) projects for designated internal and corporate initiatives.
    • Engage with the TKG IT team on corporate based projects and initiatives.
    • Development resource for custom programming, reporting and systems integrations
  • HELPDES K
    • Manage the day-to-day scheduling and work
      • machine setups - checklists/standards
      • system "health" checklists
    • Ensure timely actions on work orders and associated reporting
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  • Create an environment for the local team that is fully collaborative and cooperative with TKG IT
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards (see Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • IT assistants and/or helpdesk technicians, as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT or similar discipline or commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, support, and infrastructure.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft and Apple iOS operating systems and networking protocols.
  • Experience with system backup and administrative tasks.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are a must for this role.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, follow up, documentation preparation and maintenance skills, and service orientation are crucial for success in this role.
  • Interpersonal skills will be applied with internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Reliable and available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a team mentality.
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and carry PC and Printing systems.
