Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified IT Business Partner to support our Commercial & Sales Operations team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. This exciting role will lead and implement business technology capabilities spanning Commercial, Trade Promotion Management and Order/Billing Execution functions. This role will lead programs and conversations to increase the efficiency and sales execution to grow our incredible company.

Primary responsibilities will be demand, portfolio, and project management; enabling Tropicana technology capabilities to critical commercial / customer-facing functions. This role will connect key business development initiatives to IT business intelligence and cloud infrastructure to enable full-scale technology solutions to improve our sales performance and growth. In addition, this role will be the IT application portfolio owner for the outlined functions including Trade Promotion Management.

This role is new to Tropicana Brands Group and will require creative thinking, managerial courage and ability to collaborate and influence key decisions. We are looking for the right individual to seize this opportunity and be a positive change maker to help lead and integrate our enterprise digital transformation.

A breadth of IT experience is required ranging from solid project management, client management and familiarity with modern data-driven technologies that support commercial sales and marketing organizations. Experience in Consumer Products preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:

Partner with the business to understand, validate and prioritize IT demand Assist with business case development for technology investment recommendations and ensure they support strategic business priorities Lead & facilitate business requirements gathering, system design and project execution for approved technology investments Manage the relationship with the business and be seen as a credible member of their team Be an escalation point for any IT service issues. Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies Demonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Information Technology-related discipline; MBA a plus! The role is based in our Chicago, IL Headquarters location (5% travel required) IT Project Management experience (min 10 years) Trade Promotion Management (TPM) required in a Leading TPM platform such as Oracle, SAP TPM, Exceedra, etc. (SAP preferred) SAP Order Management, Billing, Pricing (SD) required Business Intelligence / Analytics CRM / Sales mobilization technology Experience is ideal Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future Capable in leading complex business function design Deployment experience in leading change Ability to thrive in a fast pace agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities
