Interim ICU Nurse Director

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $150000.00 - $160000.00

The Position

  • The Interim ICU Nurse Director will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 20-bed ICU.
  • This leader will be responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and organization of inpatient Critical Care services.
  • This leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including quality control programs, performance improvement, education/orientation services, and survey readiness.
  • Ideal candidates will bring strong knowledge pertaining to all aspects of patient care, and must be able to efficiently complete assessments regarding patient progress.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Active NY RN license is required.


Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
