Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Calls: Effectively communicate with clients over the phone or in-person to offer insurance solutions.

Policy Recommendations: Recommend and customize insurance policies based on clients' individual requirements.

Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Insurance License: Not required. We will help you get your license. Insurance Experience not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Customer Focus: Dedication to exceeding customer expectations and providing top-notch service. Adaptability: Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team.
