Job Description Job Description Seeking a Personal Lines Assistant

Responsibilities:
Help to prepare and quote all types of personal lines insurance at an independent agency for established customer base
Help to cross sell applicable coverage to new and existing customers
Help to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Ability to work in friendly fast paced environment
Some general office as needed

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields necessary
Applied EPIC experience a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary negotiable on experience
