We are seeking an Insurance Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $21 per hour, along with bonus opportunities. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in building relationships and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate referrals and engage in networking activities.
  • Schedule appointments for clients and team members.
  • Answer phones and pass leads to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
  • Prior service experience; insurance license is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer software knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone and office etiquette.
