This position offers a competitive salary, including base pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour , along with commission and bonus opportunities. Service expected bonuses and commissions could range from $200 to $400 per month . As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our clients and contributing to the agency's success.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
  • Assist clients in evaluating renewal options and making informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Monitor insurance claims.
  • Continuing education to keep up with market changes.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain the Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (if not already licensed).
  • Licensing assistance available to help obtain license if needed.
  • Proficient in sales administration tasks.
  • Strongly preferred is a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Consistently ensures accuracy and precision in work outputs.
