As an Agent in Training, your primary focus will be on driving sales and increasing revenue by effectively marketing our insurance products and services to potential clients. Beyond your regular sales duties, you will collaborate closely with the agency owner to master the complexities of operating a successful insurance agency. This role is tailored to equip you with the necessary expertise and insights to seamlessly transition into agency ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and community involvement
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals
  • Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and policy features
  • Customize insurance proposals to align with clients' needs and budget constraints
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals, claims assistance, and policy adjustments
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to effectively advise clients

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
