Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.
Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you for the hands-on maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. You'll have the support and expertise of our established maintenance team for training and continuous learning.
Starting pay ranges from $26 - $30/hr depending on experience, with generous perks and benefits including:

What you need to succeed:

• 4+ years of Mechanical Maintenance experience repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment is required
• A background in CNC machine repair is required
• Strong organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, effective communication, thorough follow-through, and computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, identify problems and determine the best solution(s)

Responsibilities include:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems and electrical systems
• Visual inspection and testing of machinery and equipment, including electrical and electronic test equipment
• Following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
• Maintaining working areas and departments in a safe, clean and orderly manner
