Industrial Electrician

Location: Blytheville AR 72315

Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Electrician is to be part of a team responsible for planning, installation, programming, testing and troubleshooting of electrical machinery and automation systems. The person in this role must diagnose process and equipment problems and take appropriate measures to resolve issues. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of electrical theory, process instrumentation and control systems. The Electrician will assist with general facility functions to maintain the operation of the plant. This position requires work on rotating shifts. Shift rotation 4–12-hour days, 4 days off, 4–12-hour nights, 4 days off.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Ability to trouble-shoot electrical systems and equipment
  • Proficient in the use of electrical test equipment
  • Some related industrial maintenance and automation experience in a manufacturing facility OR equivalent electrical training OR equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years related industrial maintenance and automation experience in a manufacturing facility OR equivalent electrical training OR equivalent military experience
  • Experience performing routine and corrective maintenance on motors, controllers and process measuring devices or equivalent training
  • PLC and HMI programming experience
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
  • Solid knowledge of electrical principles
  • Practical understanding of drives and motors

Excellent benefits package and wage at $42/hour!
