Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capture Manager with a strong background in federal contracts for professional services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal contracting processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building strategic relationships. The Capture Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the federal market.
Responsibilities:
1.
Federal Contract Acquisition: • Identify, pursue, and capture federal contracts related to language services. • Develop and implement strategies to compete for federal opportunities effectively. • Stay abreast of industry trends, federal acquisition regulations, and contract opportunities.
2.
Relationship Building: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the federal government and potential partnering companies. • Collaborate with industry partners, agencies, and prime contractors to enhance business opportunities.
3.
Proposal Development: • Work closely with the Director of Business Development in the development of compelling proposals for federal contracts. • Work closely with the proposal team to ensure compliance with federal requirements and submission deadlines.
4. Market Analysis: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities. • Analyze federal agencies' needs and trends to tailor offerings accordingly.
5. Performance Metrics: • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to federal contract capture and execution. • Report regularly on progress and propose improvements as needed.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully capturing federal contracts. • In-depth understanding of federal acquisition regulations and contracting processes. • Strong network within the federal contracting community. • A high level of self-motivation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with the language services industry is a plus.
