Job Description
  • Lead revenue accounting efforts and ensure adherence to ASC 606 standards.
  • Implement scalable processes for efficient financial close and control.
  • Manage accounts receivable, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Distribution Centers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Contribute to monthly financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Manage and develop the Revenue Accounting team, ensuring continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience in CPG/Retail/Ecommerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong command of large-scale ERP systems; Netsuite experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and ability to recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and proactive approach.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days/week on-site at Vernon HQ.
