Quality Engineer is responsible for determining production standards for the company products by establishing quality control systems and setting product requirement rules.Their duties include identifying the specifications for the company's products, determining an appropriate level of variation and monitoring quality assurance rates.

QUALITY ENGINEER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Create a measurement program

· Measurement operation (CMM probing / Scanning)

· Analyze the measurement results

· Determining quality improvement factors

· Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of company's manufacturing processes, products and production equipment

· Make sure processes adhere to quality standards

· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

· Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products

QUALITY ENGINEER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong knowledge of computer technology and Polyworks software

· Knowledge of Matrixeye LT, FARO Edge arm, and Hexagon Romer Absolute Arm equipment.

· Math Skills

· Communication Skills

· Attention to Detail

· Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Ability to get information from drawing or 3D model data

· Ability to inform production department that direction of countermeasure from measurement record

Salary Range is Negotiable - Based on Experience - ($47,600 Annually minimum)

QUALITY ENGINEER EXPERIENCE:

· Degree preferred

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive production and quality control engineer

Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM with possibility of overtime.
