The

System Architect, Lighting , is responsible for developing technical solutions and providing support to all the business units of ETP

Typical duties could include, but are not limited to:

Research, design, and build new systems and packaging to ensure that Brainhub is providing innovative solutions that fit the needs of all ETP brands. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to educate and support the sales, operations, and technical teams. Work with internal departments to maintain show technical quality. Review confirmed show quotes for the appropriate utilization and specifications of technical equipment. Provide oversight on technician-generated equipment pull sheets to maximize equipment utilization and reduce over-specification. Act as an internal technical consultant, relaying technical issues and trends to Brainhub leadership and Show Services staff to improve overall process. Collaborate with the operations team to design, evaluate, and innovate Quality Control processes. Ensure overall quality of product inventory to fulfill ETP company standards. Advise on potential investments in new technology and product life cycle for the Lighting Department. Provide technical support to the show technicians to ensure the quality of the ETP brand. Assist technical managers and operations leadership in training for show technicians, quality control technicians, and engineering staff. Travel to show site to validate success of system designs and deployment. Participate in venue walk-throughs to determine technical requirements and limitations to ensure optimal show quality as needed. To be a successful

Systems Architect, Lighting , you must have the following:

5 Years Event Industry Experience Prior Management Experience preferred High Technical Aptitude Adaptability Detail Oriented Documentation and process driven Project Management skills
