HVAC Specialist

<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b> <br> <br> Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.<br> <br>14/14 rotation and lodging and travel provided. 3 meals a day(breakfast, lunch, and dinner), gym, cafeteria, laundry room, parking space for personal vehicle. Transportation: if flying in there's transportation from the Midland, TX airport to the lodging and from the lodging back to the Midland airport.<br> <br> <b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Must be a motivated individual who takes pride in a job well done and ensures that all cleaning is carried out with a high level of safety and efficiency</li> <li>HVAC Certified and preferred education in HVAC</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills</li> <li>Professional verbal and written communications</li> <li>This position requires the incumbent to work at heights, use hazardous chemicals and materials, undertake lifting of at least 50 pounds and other physically demanding tasks</li> <li>Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment<br>Identifying maintenance risks on equipment<br>Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems</li> <li>Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently</li> <li>Providing technical direction and on-the-job training</li> <li>Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act</li> <li>Assure compliance with all fire and safety codes and regulations and to make precautionary repairs.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret building and site plans</li> <li>Ability to be on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies</li> <li>The employee must meet physical demands in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job<br> </li> </ul> <br> <br> <b>QUALIFICATIONS</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Must have a valid U.S. Driving License</li> <li>General Computer knowledge</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> <li>14/14 rotation </li> <li>All offers of employment subject to passing of drug/alcohol screening, Background check and or fit test if required.</li> </ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjc2NzA2LjEyNTI0QHdvb2RwbGNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
