Wage and Benefits Package

• Hourly Rate: $40-48
• Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 Weeks Based on Length of Service

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction
  • Understand contract specifications, confirm scope requirements are to the customer's satisfaction, and provide plans and guidance to the lead technician at the project's start-up.
• Construction
  • Continuously update project plans/documents
  • Manage labor, permitting, equipment, and materials to meet production schedule within budget
  • Maintain day-to-day working knowledge of all projects in progress, including field completion status, billings to date, and progress payments
  • Proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolution to minimize damage/risk
• Technician Management
  • Manage and supervise field staff within the division
  • Complete division employee reviews
• Safety Coordination
  • Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines
• Other
  • Coordinate completion of warranty work per contract and/or instructions
  • Stay aware of new products/technology and industry best practices
  • Develop and recommend improved work methods and standards

Requirements

• Trade license and/or 5-10 years of direct relevant experience.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Experience in business management, including basic accounting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, desired).
• Current drivers license.
