HRIS Analyst/Payroll Systems Analyst

THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE IN HOLLISTON, MA<br><br>NO H1S OR 3RD PARTIES<br><br>We are looking to add an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Payroll/HRIS Specialist to help with the implementation and continued development of a new system that will support weekly in-house Payroll for 1400 employees.<br><br>This position requires demonstrated Payroll experience, strong knowledge of Payroll practices and an understanding of Integrated Payroll and Human Resources applications. Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of hands-on Payroll experience is a must. Knowledge of certified payroll and interest in HRIS is a plus.<br><br>Responsibilities include:<br><ul><li>Being a key member of the payroll team to support the implementation and continued development of the payroll system</li><li>Collaborating with the Payroll team in partnership with HR and MIS to ensure that our new system meets the end user needs while maintaining confidentiality and required compliance standards.</li><li>Creating and maintaining reports.</li><li>Assisting with system maintenance, testing, and documentation of procedures.</li><li>Providing training and support to end users.</li></ul><br>#PRITechJobs
