JOB TITLE: CIRCA SPORTS, MARKETING COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: MARKETING
STATUS: FULL TIME
REPORTS TO: CIRCA SPORTS EVENTS MANAGER
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the company service standards at all times
  • Assist in the adherence of Circa Sports Illinois' internal controls and its Standard Operating Procedures and related policies
  • Manage in person signups for Mobile Wagering Accounts
    • Team member has access to player accounts and their personal identifying information
  • Use the Stadium PLEE applications to look up player accounts and assist with any KYC, funding or general sports betting questions
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks and special events to ensure delivery within allotted budget and timelines
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
  • Assist the Circa Sports Events team with customer support and trouble-shooting account issues
  • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned and has flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management.
  • Entertain guests and curate a unique, memorable experience.
  • Marketing and promoting Circa Sports specific events both on property and in public venues.
  • Responsible for assisting with event planning, set-up, execution and tear down
  • Attends all Circa Sports Illinois events
  • Ability to travel to and from Illinois, Las Vegas, and Iowa
  • Communicate with Circa Sports hosts and Marketing team for player retention and development event invitations
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
  • Must have a full understanding of all wagers offered on betting board with ability to explain to customers as needed
  • Must possess basic counting and mathematical skills
  • Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with staff and guests
  • Must be able to maintain gaming work card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of one (1) year previous sales experience
  • Experience/ knowledge of sports
  • College Degree preferred
