- Optimize plant performance using advanced analysis tools.
- Provide actionable financial insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present key financial reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals.
- Support pricing strategies with in-depth financial analysis.
- Collaborate on costing and margin decisions.
- 5+ years in financial analysis or accounting in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is a bonus.
