Mission
Tn the role of Help Desk Analyst you will provide Information Services customer support to all end-users. Support is provided in the form of Service Desk support and data center services. This position also provides general IS infrastructure maintenance and support. The Help Desk Analyst works with end-users across all business disciplines to provide troubleshooting services and quick break-fix response for end-user problems. Providing pro-active infrastructure and help desk service to delivery high quality, highly available computing services to all end-users (customers) is the key challenge for this position.
Main Accountabilities
  • Receive, track, and resolve or escalate help desk calls in a timely fashion.
  • Provide prompt troubleshooting services for break-fix problem.
  • Scheduling and timely delivery of end-user requests
  • Coordinate hardware and software deployments.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory tracking.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, enforcement and documentation of procedural and security standards.
  • Maintain ITAR/DFARS and all Audit Compliance.
  • Other assigned duties as required
Requirements:
  • B.S Degree or equivalent Business Experience
  • 3 years applicable experience
  • Service Now Ticket System
  • Strong PC Setup and support skills
  • Strong Microsoft OS and application skills
  • VM and Networking Familiarity
  • JDE CNC Back-up responsibilities
  • Ability to Travel
  • US Citizen
