  • Accountabilities

    • Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop viable, client-focused heat pump projects.

      • Conduct professional heat pump site assessments to provide the details for accurate quotes

      • Analyze customer needs and recommend relevant products

      • Use technical knowledge to explain product specifications and complex concepts to customers

      • Create professional heat pump designs

      • Collaborate with the Sales Department to generate client-focused proposals.

    • Collaborate with the Operations Department to execute client projects.

      • Usher projects through the Planning Phase- generating all design drawings and documentation, communicating procurement needs, tending to all aspects of state and local permitting, and maintaining excellent client communication throughout the process.

      • Usher projects through the Installation Phase- provide a complete Project Verification Document for the Mechanical and Electrical crews to perform a successful installation

      • Usher projects through Post-Installation Phase- coordinating inspections, generating job reports with job costing analysis, tending to any other post-installation tasks that arise, and maintaining excellent client communication throughout.
