Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: This role will be very highly proficient “hands-on keyboard software developer “to support rollout of Urban Code Velocity, Value Stream, Pipeline Instrumentation development.

Job Description: Your way to impact:

As a Senior Technical Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Urban Code Velocity to optimize and automate our software delivery processes. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and extensive experience with Urban Code Velocity.

Your day to day:

Responsible for being the hands-on-keyboard engineering coding resource for the design, development, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines instrumentation using Urban Code Velocity to automate its value stream management. Responsible for being the hands-on-keyboard engineering coding resource for automated pipeline conformance to standards and policies. Responsible for implementing an effective onboarding process to help software engineers quickly get started with Urban Code Velocity. Responsible for architecting and configuring Urban Code Velocity to streamline deployment pipelines, enhance efficiency, and ensure scalability. Responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to junior software engineers and team members on best practices for utilizing Urban Code Velocity. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Urban Code Velocity configurations, deployments, and integrations. Responsible for continuously evaluating and improving CI/CD processes and pipelines to optimize software delivery and enhance overall system reliability and streamline the value stream from development to deployment. Responsible to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies related to Urban Code Velocity and CI/CD practices and incorporate them into our development processes. Responsible for acting as an advocate for DevOps principles and practices within the organization.

What do you need to bring:

7 years experience leading value stream management, compliance process efficiency and transformation 7-10 years experience in software development 7 years experience using value stream management and analytics to develop insights and recommendations to improve overall delivery quality Experience collaborating with audit/risk as well as experience developing governance and policy roadmaps
