RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquire new homeowners through networks with realtors and lead generation tactics. Create compelling proposals to persuade homeowners to join.

Maintain homeowner relationships with prompt and attentive service.

Proactively respond to homeowner inquiries and needs while coordinating some on-site dispatch for significant issues.

Acquire and maintain knowledge of our properties, homeowner preferences, and local area nuances.

Regularly work with operation and off-shore staff to help identify and address listings, maintenance, housekeeping, and aesthetic concerns.

Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of maintenance personnel and vendors,

Ensure high-quality work in managing and communicating homeowner billing and statements, home inventories, and property inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Management and leadership experience.

Ability to work independently and proven self-started.

Excellent organizational and highly detail-oriented.

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Proficiency in computer skills-- especially with Excel and web-based apps and systems (i.e., Hostway, Breezeway, WhatsApp)

Able to analyze, create, and implement systems as necessary.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Annual Salary:

$55,000 to $70,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus:

Awarded based on the number of new homes retained or recruited

Benefits:

Paid time off, such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days

Schedule:

Availability during regular business hours is required, with seasonal weekend work as needed to meet business demands.
