The AGR/SMT procedure involves thoroughly assessing patients to identify the optimal starting point for treatment. The Sequential Manual Therapy approach is used to systematically clear these restrictions. Each treatment session concludes with patients performing exercises to complement manual techniques or target pivotal tissues. This comprehensive approach guides every patient evaluation and treatment session, adapting as patients progress towards their functional objectives. Monday - Friday / 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (open to flexible schedules) Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional abilities, and individual needs. Apply our Clinical Approach, which revolves around the screening process of identifying the "Area of Greatest Restriction," employing sequential manual therapy techniques, and devising and executing a personalized, precise exercise regimen for each patient. Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to optimize patient outcomes and promote recovery. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and seamless coordination of services. Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their health and well-being. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a valid Oklahoma license (open to out-of-state candidates) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and exercise prescription. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients and colleagues. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing patient needs.
