SAFE RECONCILIATION (TULSA / FULL TIME)

*EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED FOR SAFE RECONCILIATION:*
* Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips
* Count currency, coins, and checks received, balancing out store safe, and preparing them for deposit
* Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance
* Prepare spiff report on a semi-monthly basis for payroll tracking purposes
* Put together all cash deposits for Loomis; submit till outages to HR
* Drive between numerous locations to conduct safe audits as needed
* Scan all checks for electronic transfer
* Audit other locations safes as needed
* Any other duties as directed by management

*EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR SAFE RECONCILIATION:* Ability to lift objects of 15 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures; Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years.
