In this role as a Full-Time RN, Registered Nurse Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNS and LPNs. This exciting new role will work one-on-one with our nurses to ensure our clinicians are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes and Senior Living Communities in Burlington, Wilmington, North Andover, and surrounding towns. In this role, you will also maintain a small caseload of patients. Previous Home Health Care experience is required.
