$5,000 Full-Time Benefitted Licensed Practical Nurse Sign-On Bonus with Middlesex/Somerset County, New Jersey
Bonus is paid out over 12 months of Full-Time employment; $1,250 at the end of each quarter.
Full-Time Benefitted Bonus Requirements
- Minimum of 36 hours a week.
- Maximum of 3 call outs per quarter
- Quarterly performance contingency
- Must work 2 weekend days per month
- Must be flexible to work day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Willing to travel within Middlesex AND Somerset Counties
- Willing to work with multiple cases/clients
- Must be be fully coded (Trach/Ventilator (T/V), IVM, Pediatrics, Infants, Infant T/V)
- One on one care

How We Prepare Our LPNs For Success
- Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
- Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- 24/7 on call clinical support
- Electronic charting using AlayaCare
Available LPN Shifts
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
- Current valid Licensed Practical Nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
