Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Territory: Northern Team: Maywood, Oak Park, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Elmwood Park, Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Schaumburg, Carol Stream, and Chicago zip codes north of North Ave.

Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Purpose:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and your clinical expertise to provide exceptional one-to-one care to patients in their homes. You are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention, and the overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. You will follow physician orders and ensure compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure and certification requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program.

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a professional care nurse.
