Responsibilities: Demonstrated mastery over the BACB Task List 5th Ed items. Demonstrate professionalism and comply with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts. Provide behavioral skills training (modeling, observation, feedback) with RBT staff. Create skill acquisition programs (NET-centered). Develop and assign the creation of program stimulus (non-billable task for Lead RBTs). Updated client data sheets and skill acquisition program targets. Update client goals on a quarterly basis. Perform parent training sessions. Weekly meetings with the Clinical Director. Submit professional clinical documentation daily.
