What does a successful Product Manager do at Fiserv? The Product Manager is an integral part of a team of passionate Product Owners within Fiserv who are focused on small business credit card management platform. As a Product Manager you will drive the product strategy to a successful product or feature and rally a team of user experience designers, architects, and developers to turn the vision into a reality. You will be expected to be work in-office at our Berkeley Heights, NJ Innovation Center and collaborate with fellow teammates at Berkeley Heights as well as offshore locations. What you will do: Help define the product vision and writing requirements. Prioritize product features and capabilities. Align stakeholders around the vision of the product. Understand user needs and translate them into the user experience. Write user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with scrum teams to deliver the features. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product. What you will need to have: 8+ years of prior product management or product owner experience. Effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience. Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects throughout the full product lifecycle. What would be great to have: Prior experience in the FinTech/Payment’s industry.
