Your job is more than a job
The RN Limited Assignment assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care based on standards of care and the policies of the hospital. Responsible for delivery of professional nursing care according to the established policies of the department and LCMC. Provides care to acutely ill adult patients with medical, surgical and orthopedic needs. Directs and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Rules of Engagement:
- Eligibility: Any traveler or local contract person or Any non-employee
- Contract Details: Contract hours are at discretion of the hospital (36, 40, 48 hours, etc)
- Limited Assignment is not eligible for shift differentials or shift incentive bonus
- Eligible for call pay and call back pay.(OR, Cath Lab, etc)
- Normal length of contract = 13 weeks.
- Contracts may not exceed 26 weeks
- Rates: $65.00 per hour flat rate - (Med/Surg, Tele, Progressive Care)
- $60 per hour flat rate for ICU & ED
- 1-2 years of Hospital acute care experience
- Required: ADN or BSN Degree of Nursing
