POSITION SUMMARY

Under limited supervision, provides strategic direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients/customers. Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries.

Directs and coordinates the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders. Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary. Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.

Manage and supervise a team of SOM representatives providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversee all aspects of order processing including order entry, order validation shipping ensuring accuracy and timely execution of orders.

Creates and provides quotations to customers. (Essential)

Assists customers with delivery issues and timelines. (Essential)

Provides internal sales reports when necessary.

Directs and coordinates the processing of orders. (Essential)

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. (Essential)

Assist in developing and implementing sales plan based on forecast. (Essential)

Create or modify departmental procedures (Essential)

Interfaces with Customers, Field Service, Sales, and other internal departments. (Essential)

Maintains and updates FINESSE database with relevant service and product information. (Essential)

Responsible for directing and coordinating sales orders, planning, and in accordance to business and operation's needs. (Essential)

Frequently interacts with subordinates, supervisors, and functional peer groups while demonstrating ability to gain cooperation of others and conduct presentations of technical information concerning projects or schedules. (Essential)

Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders. (Essential)

Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities. Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases. (Essential)

Train and monitor Sales Support Rep . (Essential)

Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)

Maintains clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)

Performs other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)

Qualifications

Education

Associates or Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent years of experience

Experience

Six (6) or more years related experience preferably in the semiconductor industry. Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience.

Working knowledge of Purchasing Methods, Ethics, Vendor Management, Materials Planning, Scheduling and Purchasing, Factory Capacity Estimating, Efficiency Tracking, and Supply Line Management. Working knowledge of Planning Process.

Strong Customer Relations skills.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring)

Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues

and customer.
